The Personal Journey Behind Hello Health: Turning Pain into Purpose
In 2016, I broke my foot running a half marathon. After the traditionally recommended 8 weeks of recovery, I had not healed at all. My orthopedic doctor suggested testing my hormones—a suggestion that changed my life.
I struggled to find a provider who looked beyond "normal" ranges. My bones weren't healing, I was exhausted, and I felt awful. Finally, I discovered pellet therapy. I started to heal. I found more energy, fewer aches, and I realized I actually liked my husband again!
This journey sparked my mission. I noticed how many women were told their symptoms were "just part of getting older" or were offered antidepressants instead of hormonal balance. My husband, Bill, suggested I take the area I struggled to get help for and turn it into an opportunity to use my knowledge to help others. Today, I use my experience to ensure you never have to settle for "just get used to it."
